Occasional anxiety about speaking in public is a universal experience, but for some, it can be an ongoing and long-lasting challenge. This hands-on workshop was developed to help you overcome your hesitations and fears and to deliver presentations that make a difference.

 

In a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere, you'll discover and practice techniques you'll need to plan and deliver presentations that are efficient and memorable, while staying true to your personality and strengths as a communicator.​

  • develop tools and techniques to increase your confidence as a speaker;

  • nurture what works when you present while transforming what may hold you back;

  • learn how to increase the impact of both your messages and your presentations;

  • make small changes that will make a big difference in your connection with audiences.

  • feel nervous and want to develop their confidence and skills as presenters;
